Service Description
This 45-minute full body Sports Massage targets chronic muscle tension while promoting overall relaxation. Designed to improve mobility and increase range of motion, this treatment uses slow yet firm techniques that reach deep into the muscles and connective tissues. Unlike a traditional deep tissue massage, this treatment is more technical and direct focusing on specific problem areas and performance recovery. Expect a combination of tension lines worked, targeted stretching, and knot release (you may even feel some satisfying cracks as tension eases). In some sessions, a massage gun may be used to help access deeper layers of muscle and enhance overall effectiveness. The result? A refreshed, loosened body that feels lighter, freer, and ready to perform at its best. Our 45-minute massage is designed to focus on specific areas where you need the most relief, perfect for targeted tension or a quick reset. However, due to the shorter duration, this session does not include the add-ons of the foot mask or the warm face towel steam however feet and face can still be worked on with regular grapeseed oil.
Cancellation Policy
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking — this ensures your appointment slot is reserved. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by card or cash. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and a strike on your account. Clients who receive three strikes will no longer be able to book with me. If you’re unable to attend but don’t wish to cancel, you may reschedule for another date without losing your deposit. However, your account will be flagged, and repeated last-minute reschedules may also lead to booking restrictions. No shows without any form of communication, you will be charged 50% of the sessions amount. All appointments must be booked in advance unless a same-day slot has been approved by phone. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any paperwork, discuss treatment details, and begin to relax. I offer complimentary refreshments before or after your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment, a reschedule, or, in some cases, cancellation with loss of deposit, to avoid delays for the next client.
