60 minutes too short? Need more time focusing on a particular area? This 90-minute full body Destress Massage is designed to calm the mind, ease tension, and restore inner peace. Using gentle, flowing techniques and rhythmic movements, this treatment helps release built-up stress, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation throughout the body. This is ideal for those feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or emotionally drained, this massage offers a soothing escape to reset both body and mind. The end results are calming of the nervous system, restoring emotions and overall relaxing the body. For this massage, it's encouraged to opt in for a head massage. This extended treatment not only gives you more time to unwind and release tension, but also includes a rejuvenating facial massage with the addition of a soothing face steamer to enhance the experience. The face steamer helps open your pores, promoting circulation and deeper relaxation, while the facial massage melts away stress and leaves your skin glowing. You can also choose to include your feet, hands, and head or face for a more complete experience. If a foot massage is requested, it can be complemented with a soothing foot mask using Dermatonics Heel Balm with Manuka Honey—a product suitable for diabetics and vegetarians and a warm face towel steam. Alternatively, grape-seed oil can be used in the case of allergies, or you are welcome to bring your own preferred foot balm if desired.
Cancellation Policy
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking — this ensures your appointment slot is reserved. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by card or cash. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and a strike on your account. Clients who receive three strikes will no longer be able to book with me. If you’re unable to attend but don’t wish to cancel, you may reschedule for another date without losing your deposit. However, your account will be flagged, and repeated last-minute reschedules may also lead to booking restrictions. No shows without any form of communication, you will be charged 50% of the sessions amount. All appointments must be booked in advance unless a same-day slot has been approved by phone. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any paperwork, discuss treatment details, and begin to relax. I offer complimentary refreshments before or after your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment, a reschedule, or, in some cases, cancellation with loss of deposit, to avoid delays for the next client.
